All of our pole dance, aerial and grounded classes are summarised in the timetable at the bottom of this page. The booking system is below - to book simply click the class you would like to attend on the booking system link. Please note you need to create an account with team up to be allowed to book. If you have any problems with bookings please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please note, to ensure that classes run on schedule and in a safe manner, if you are late to class and miss the warm up in full or in part you will not be permitted to join the class. If you are late and have been refused entry you are not entitled to a refund or class transfer.
