Have you ever seen people doing amazing handstands and thought 'I wish I could do that.?! Well now you can. In this 1 hour class you'll work on conditioning your whole body ready for handstands and start working on things to help you overcome the really common fear of being upside down. You DO NOT need to be able to handstand for this class, nor do you need any prior experience in gymnastics or anything else.
